Members,

A Memorandum of Agreement for a new Collective Agreement with Construction Labour Relations Alberta (CLRA) has been reached.

The vote results are as follows:

Yes                         1690 (78.7 per cent)
No                          457 (21.3 per cent)

Voter turnout was 42.9 per cent.

The contractors have also voted to ratify the agreement, which will go into effect on May 7, 2023. We will provide more information and background on the vote, the new agreement and next steps for members as soon as possible.
