The Office to Advance Women Apprentices (OAWA) is committed to supporting and advancing women in the skilled construction trades. The OAWA provides ongoing support to tradeswomen seeking work or already employed in the skilled trades. This includes career services, employment support, and networking opportunities for tradeswomen. The OAWA partners with employers, trade unions, government, and training institutions to assist in accomplishing these goals.

OAWA is celebrating its grand opening with an open house on Friday, March 8, 2024 (International Women’s Day) from 11 am to 2 pm.

OAWA is located at #177, 15210 123 Ave.
