Members of Local 1325,

With the holiday season right around the corner, we are pleased to extend invitations for Christmas parties for members of Local 1325 and their families in Fort McMurray and Edmonton.

The event dates have been set:

Fort McMurray
Sunday, November 30, 2025
12:00 to 3:00 p.m.
Miskanaw Ballroom at MacDonald Island Park (1 C.A. Knight Way)

Edmonton
Sunday, December 7, 2025
11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (lunch at noon)
Edmonton Expo Centre (7515 118 Ave NW)

The registration cutoff deadlines for the events are as follows:

Fort McMurray cutoff date: October 24, 2025

Edmonton cutoff date: November 12, 2025

For Edmonton, please call the Edmonton Hall at 780-471-3200 ext. 0, or toll free at 1-800-272-7905. 

For Fort McMurray, please call the Fort McMurray Hall at 780-743-1442, or toll free at 1-866-739-7017. Members in the Fort McMurray area may also register by email at ymminfo@ubcja.ca. 

Registrations are required for members, spouse/partner and dependents (we will require the ages of children who are 12 and under). If you have registered and are unable to attend, you must call and cancel as we will have a waiting list. Late registrations will not be accepted.

Both events will have Santa in attendance and a Christmas luncheon. 

How to register:

Local 1325 members in good standing are eligible to register. To register and ensure your child’s name is on the list, you will require the following:

– Member’s name
– Spouse / partner’s name
– Union ID
– Number of family members attending
– Age, gender and names of children under 12
