Journeyperson carpenters required for LRT work in Edmonton

Dear Members,

Carpenters Regional Council – Alberta has immediate opportunities available for twelve (12) Journeyperson carpenters to support Weston Construction’s work on the West Valley LRT.

Members interested in this opportunity must be a Journeyperson carpenter and a background working on concrete form work for commercial projects, including experience with Doka, Peri and Efco systems.

Members must also have CSTS 2020, WHMIS 2015, fall protection, EWP (familiarity with 125’s, 80’s and RT scissor lifts) and confined space training. They must also submit to alcohol and drug testing.

With 10-hour shifts, working five days on and two days off and weekends when required, this is an excellent opportunity for members seeking work in the Edmonton region. All eligible members of Locals 1325 and 2103 are encouraged to apply.
